Frozen food industry of China is rising with steady growth and exported around the world. According to the report of a London-based research organization named Access Asia, those items of made in China frozen food which are emerging rapidly around the world, contain frozen meats, frozen fish and seafood, frozen poultry, frozen vegetables, other frozen foods, including frozen ready meals, pastries, wontons, spring rolls and dim sum.
The report observes that as a consumer society emerges, new products are increasingly common, frozen foods are one of them. Progress of Chinese frozen food industry is becoming the cause of rising average annual incomes, growing ownership of refrigerators and freezers, more exposure to Western and international cuisines and a greater array of goods in supermarkets are all spurring increased frozen foods sales.
Different importers around the world import frozen foods of China due to their freshness and neatness. This high demand of Chinese frozen food products is expected to grow unlimitedly in the upcoming future. The Henan province of China contains more than 60 frozen food processing companies. Their combined annual capacity is 400,000 tons. From there, China direct exports these frozen food throughout the world.
